Children of the Rain

Lil' Draw this in your Style of Rayner Alencar's project "Children of the Rain"! Had a blast drawing these characters, and had a chance to learn quite a bit about backgrounds too~

In my headcanon, the Scarecrow gang would leave a bunch of actual scarecrows on their territory, and hide among them to catch their prey, which is the Idea I tried to portray here!
